The Goal:
Design a fully hotel booking website from homepage to booking confirmation that helps users book with confidence, backed by real hotel data, a research-driven UX process, and a scalable design system.

The Challenge:
Most hotel booking platforms erode user trust through hidden fees revealed at checkout, misleading location details, manipulative urgency tactics, unreliable reviews, and long, friction-heavy booking flows. The challenge was to design an experience that felt fast and modern without relying on any of these tactics — building trust through clarity instead of pressure.

The Result
A clean, 5-page website (Home, Hotel Details, Reservation/Checkout, Booking Confirmation) built on a consistent design system, with every screen directly addressing a specific trust gap uncovered in research — full price transparency, accurate location info, a streamlined 2-step checkout, and visible support access throughout the journey.
