The Goal:
The primary goal was to make the recharge experience faster, clearer, and easier to navigate. I focused on reducing unnecessary steps, improving system feedback, and making common actions more intuitive while creating a more user-centered experience.

The Challenge:
The existing experience had several usability issues that could cause confusion during the recharge process, and the user flow was too long. Some error states lacked clear feedback, certain features were difficult to discover, and users had to repeat the same steps when making multiple recharges.

The Result
After identifying the main issues, I redesigned the recharge flow with clearer interactions, better feedback, and a smoother structure. I also introduced the Add Another Recharge feature, allowing users to add multiple recharges for different numbers and complete them in a single payment, then tested the redesigned experience using Maze and refined it based on user feedback.
